Itinerary:

Firstly, you will visit the Catacombs. It is considered the largest Roman Cemetery in Egypt. It consists of three levels containing tombs depicted the Pharaonic and Greco-Roman art.
Then you will move to Pompay’s Pillar. It dates back to the reign of the Emperor Diocletian at the end of the 4th century.
After that, you will explore the library of Alexandria. It houses 8 million books. You will be able to visit its open court and free museums. Then you will move to visit Qaitbey Citadel, built where the Lighthouse of Alexandria that considered as one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
Also, you will go ahead to St. Mark Church considered the first church in Egypt and Africa. Then you will move to Abbo Elabbas Mosque, the biggest mosque in Alex.
Then you will be transferred to Montaza Palace and Gardens. It is one of the most luxurious palaces dating back to Muhammad Ali’s family.
Finlay, you will be able to visit Stanley Bridge, the modern landmark of modern Alexandria, and enjoy taking fabulous photos there.
Then our team will transfer you to your hotel in Cairo.
Note: Alexandria Library is closed on Fridays and every public holiday. If you want to enter the reading area, you will have to buy an extra ticket.
